As the Marketing Manager at LEADOPTIK, you will play a pivotal role at the core of our commercial business. This position demands a strategic, customer-centric individual with strong drive. You will oversee the product management of LIA, a groundbreaking technology for peripheral lung nodule assessment, driving its successful adoption and market penetration across US geographies with potential for international expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to define our technology's value proposition, messaging strategies, and market positioning.
Roles and Responsibilities
Product Expertise:
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of LIA's system interface, capabilities, and disposable specifications.
- Effectively communicate product information and conduct training sessions for physicians, support staff, and value analysis members.
- Confidently represent our technology in high-pressure clinical settings.
New Account Targeting, Implementation, and Support:
- Develop and enhance relationships aligned with business objectives, targeting new accounts, and supporting implementation.
- Create and execute strategies for new account targeting and adoption plans.
- Manage competitive trials with meticulous attention to detail.
Events and Messaging:
- Identify and prioritize high-potential product investigations based on market size and customer benefit.
- Evaluate product concepts for customer value and willingness to pay.
- Negotiate product trade-offs while aligning key stakeholders.
- Represent LIA at key societies and conferences.
Qualifications:
Core Competencies, Skills, and Experience:
- Highly passionate about working alongside healthcare professionals.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in medical device product management and marketing.
- Proven track record in defining and managing market and product requirements for medical devices.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong ability to develop commercial and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partnerships to shape a value-driven portfolio narrative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior management and customers.
- Self-starter capable of taking leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, data analytics and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness and ability to work in surgical labs and hospital patient care areas.
- Ability to travel, including potential international travel.
